Add a sink operation to avoid dangling nodes?

There may be cases where we do not care about all outputs of an operation. To avoid dangling nets, it may make sense to have a "/dev/null" (sink) operation that just is there in the SFG for consistency check, but have no other purpose. It should not show up in the schedule etc.
