Include abstract before summary (TekFak)

This MR aims to resolve issue #59. In short, the code includes the following changes:

• Auto-indentation of liuthesis.cls using latexindent with default settings to improve readability.
• \abstractpages is split into \abstractpage and \summary.
• Swedish summary is added immediately after abstract for lith thesis (rather than before).
• Swedish summary is now included in TOC.

I realize that the auto-indentation creates a large diff, but I had a real hard time reading it as it was. Let me know if I should revert the indentation changes and only include the new code.

I'd love to include this, but I cannot do a manual merge with latest revision and verify with latexindent as there are serious problems getting Perl to work on my platforms. So, please provide an updated clean merge request and I will approve it.
