Purely cosmetic. Should not have changed any of the programs.

Ran `ruff format .`.

Switch experiment to only use one array, the one used in
the plots submodule.

No longer import premade detections (allowing for changing of false
alarm rate) in experiments/real.py. Now, detections are created from the
btr for the CFAR detector.

Make the blocking behavior of the plots configurable, and turn off blocking
by default, eg, during pytest.  Turn on blocking if the files are run stand
alone.

A ruff.toml is introduced to define how to format the code.  Other than
that, the only change to the repository is what ruff does:

  uvx ruff format .

Hence, this commit introduces no changes to the functionality.

Removing dead code brings out the actual business code.

This should be conditional, but right now I want to make sure all code run
as intended.

Its not used in any production code.

It seems it's played out its role, and it cases problems.

Who wants to use cumbersome module handling, it breaks most IDE
integration.  This simplifies handling a lot!

Why not have these as blocking?  We are not generating any images that
could be viewed afterwards.
