Folder structure

Added an optional key-value parameter to the document class to allow for a non-flat folder structure. For example: demothesis.tex thesis/liuthesis.csl thesis/settings.tex thesis/abstract.tex thesis/intro.tex thesis/figures/* ... Updates in demothesis.tex: \documentclass[msc,lith,showtrims,folder=thesis]{thesis/liuthesis}
