Top bar, addition of routes for trading and portfolio + color management

Top bar is now fully functional and can be used to switch between routes. Also added two new routes "Portfolio" and "Trading", from specification. Lastly, added color management through the file "colors.scss", colors from Figma can now be used by referring to the different classes in the scss file.

(Also did some minor adjustments for consistency, and added font)
