Reorder operations in scheduler

Restart from top with current schedule.

Also possible to drag in y-direction and "insert" operation between two operations leading to that the operations above/below are reordered.

Probably a first step is to introduce a high-level y-position for each operation. This should then be saved in the schedule and fed back to the figure generation.

One may also consider allowing multiple operations on the same line.
