latest symlink

to be able to follow the instructions verbatim and perhaps avoid confusion,

in the Bootstrapping the SSE environment/Bootstrap Easybuild with toolchains one needs to create the 'latest' symlink before executing:

ln -s /software/sse2/generic/manual/ssetools/latest/sbin/easybuild_update_dev_repos.sh /software/sse2/generic/manual/easybuild/.
ln -s /software/sse2/generic/manual/ssetools/latest/sbin/easybuild_install.sh /software/sse2/generic/manual/easybuild/.
