Publish EB build environments

It would be nice to include lines that use publish-eb-buildenv-gcc.sh and publish-eb-buildenv-intel.sh after the Bootstrap the EasyBuild intel 2023.1.0 compiler (intel-2023a) and Bootstrap the EasyBuild gcc build environment (foss-2022a) sections in the Bootstrapping the SSE environment page
